The book is now printed, not always to my satisfaction. The print quality was consistent but unfortunately the printer was not able to come remotely close to matching their own proofs. This caused a lot of unnecessary fooling around on press, and a certain number of images that couldn’t be saved at all. But the cover came out well and so did most images.
